By accessing our website or requesting plumbing services from CG Plumbing Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Description of Services

CG Plumbing Solutions provides residential, commercial, and emergency plumbing services throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including repairs, installations, drain cleaning, water heater service, leak detection, repiping, and new construction plumbing. Services are provided by licensed plumbers under Nevada License C-1D/0093216.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide written options and estimates before approved work begins. Pricing depends on the scope, difficulty, access, materials, and permitting requirements of each job. Some troubleshooting may require diagnosis before the full scope is known. We do not guarantee that all estimates are free; please contact us to discuss your project and estimate options.

Scheduling and Appointments

We offer 24/7 emergency dispatch and scheduled service appointments. We strive to respond promptly but do not guarantee specific arrival times. For active plumbing emergencies, calling (702) 786-7106 is the quickest way to reach us.

Warranties

We offer a 1-year labor warranty on standard repairs. Manufacturer warranties are honored according to the manufacturer's terms. Exclusions include abuse, third-party parts, and non-code alterations. Warranty documentation is available on request.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CG Plumbing Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from plumbing services. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nevada.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
