Last updated: October 26, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by CG Plumbing Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting or receiving any service from us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1) Services
We provide residential and commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to inspections, diagnostics, repairs, replacements, installations, and maintenance (the “Services”). Specific scopes, parts, and pricing for any job are set out in your written estimate, work order, or invoice (collectively, “Order”).
2) Estimates & Pricing
Estimates. Any estimate is based on visible conditions at the time and is not a final price. Hidden conditions (e.g., behind walls/ceilings, below grade, inside lines) may change the scope and price.
Time & Materials / Flat Rate. We may bill time-and-materials or flat rate, as indicated on the Order.
Taxes & Fees. Prices exclude applicable taxes, permits, disposal, and trip fees unless explicitly stated.
Promotions. Discounts or promotions apply only if listed on your Order and cannot be combined unless stated.
3) Scheduling & Access
Windows. Appointment times are arrival windows. Delays may occur due to traffic, emergencies, or prior jobs.
Access & Utilities. You must provide safe access to the work area and ensure water, gas, and power are available as needed.
Pets/Property. Please secure pets and move fragile or valuable items away from the work area.
4) Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about symptoms and history of your plumbing system.
Obtain any third-party approvals (e.g., landlord/HOA) if required.
Promptly approve change orders when unforeseen conditions are discovered.
5) Permits & Code Compliance
We perform work to applicable codes and standards. If permits/inspections are required, we can assist for an additional fee and schedule inspections when feasible. Inspector-requested changes may involve additional costs.
6) Materials, Parts & Substitutions
We may use new, rebuilt, or equivalent-grade parts consistent with your Order. If specified brands/models are unavailable, we may propose comparable substitutions for your approval.
7) Warranties
Workmanship Warranty. We warrant our labor against defects for 1 year from completion unless otherwise stated in writing on your Order.
Manufacturer Warranties. Any manufacturer warranty on parts/equipment applies per the manufacturer’s terms.
Exclusions. Warranties do not cover: abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, improper use, pre-existing issues, Acts of God, customer-supplied parts/equipment, stoppages caused by broken lines/roots/collapsed pipes, or failures outside our scope.
To request warranty service, contact (702) 843-0899 or and provide your invoice number and a description of the issue.
8) Payment Terms
Due Date. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated.
Deposits & Special Orders. Deposits may be required; special-order items are non-cancelable/non-refundable once ordered.
Late/Collections. Past-due balances may incur late fees, interest as permitted by law, and collection costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees).
Payment Methods. We accept the methods listed on your invoice (e.g., card, e-transfer, check, financing).
9) Change Orders & Unforeseen Conditions
If we encounter hazardous materials, code violations, structural issues, root intrusions, collapsed lines, or other unforeseen conditions, we will inform you and may issue a change order. Work may pause until you approve the revised scope and price.
10) Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customer-Initiated. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation/no-show fee may apply if insufficient notice is given or we arrive and cannot access the site.
Company-Initiated. We may reschedule due to emergencies, supply delays, unsafe conditions, or events beyond our control.
11) Emergency Services
Emergency/after-hours calls may incur premium rates, minimum charges, and trip fees, as disclosed prior to dispatch when possible.
12) Risk of Loss & Site Conditions
You are responsible for protecting finishes and property near the work area. We will take reasonable care, but minor scuffs/dust can occur during invasive work. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or consequential damage from failing systems, hidden conditions, or necessary access openings.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, loss of use, lost profits, or diminution in value.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CG Plumbing Solutions harmless from third-party claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or failure to maintain your plumbing systems.
